There are many options in Kolkata for vocational training being a student of mechanical engineering background. You can pursue training in :-
- Steel plants like SAIL, Tata Steel, etc. - Power plants like DVC, NTPC, etc. - Oil Organizations like IOCL, ONGC, etc. - Electricity organizations like CESC, WB Electricity Corporation, etc. - Indian Railways - Howrah Division - Metro Railways Some organization have online provisions of application. So you can apply online while some have only offline application mode. So you need to contact the concerned branch, get the application form and apply as per the specified instructions. |
