Actually my friend had applied for summer internship but during filling the application she wrongly typed her register number and she submitted. Whether it will affect her internship? Is there any other chance to change her register number? Please help if anyone saw this. This is very important to her please.

Yes, it will affect her application as there is a high chance that her application might get rejected on grounds of incorrect data provided by the applicant. Hence, she needs to rectify her mistake making sure that she catches the eye of the concerned authority beforehand and perform the required actions to restrict any adverse actions from the authority.

She needs to contact the concerned authority of the organization who is dealing with the applications either via email or telephone or personally and convey the same problem requesting for some solution. Then she needs to act as per the instructions of the concerned authority.
