Visit the career page of ISRO (https://www.isro.gov.in/careers) and select the area of your training. Then you have to fill up the online application form and submit it with your resume. If the find you eligible then you will be asked to submit a NOC from your college. Now you have to follow their instructions carefully in order to get selected.
