For getting the training/Internship in HAL you need to have the reference person in that company.Then you have to send your document including 10th marksheet,12 marksheet and last semester marksheet along with the training letter from the college.You have to post these document in the address given by the reference person or the HR of that company.Then the company will call you for the training purpose if you are eligible for it.
