When can i opt for Internship being a first year Engineering student?


Respected sir/ma'am,

I am a first year Engineering student of DCE now DTU. I have taken mechanical engineering. Please could you tell me when to start my internship?

It is nice to see that you are thinking of your future, want to plan and proceed accordingly. However, there is no need to worry as you are in the first year and still a long way is left to go ahead. You try to enjoy the beginning of your college life. You should pursue some training as per your domain or interested field in your second year preferably global certification. In the third year of your engineering course, you should try for internship opportunities as you will have adequate knowledge of your stream and global certifications/training to make your position strong.
