Hello sir, I am in final year of B.Sc Agriculture from a government college and want to do summer internship. Please tell me where should I go to do internship? What is the procedure for it?

You can get internship opportunity by contacting the concerned organisation and getting the application form of internship and doing the requisite as directed to apply for the internship.
