You have completed post graduate diploma in Management so you are not eligible for Ph.D in Management.

Those candidates who have completed post graduation degree from a recognized university with above 55% marks are eligible for Ph.D course. There is no age criteria for Ph.D course.

You can apply for Ph.D in HR management only if you have done MBA in HR management. Also, make sure that you have got at least 55% marks in your MBA degree from a recognized University. There is relaxation of 5% marks for candidates who belong to reserved category.

Hence, if you fulfill the percentage criteria then you need to apply when the admission notification is released by the University/Institute. You have to apply on a prescribed format and send it to the given address with supporting documents. If you have got NET/SLET/JRF qualification then you will be eligible for direct interview. If you perform well in these stages then only you can get admission.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
