You have completed PGDM course, So you are not eligible for PhD course.

Those candidates who have completed masters degree with above 55% marks from a recognized university with above 55% marks are eligible for Ph.D course.

There are no age criteria for Ph.D course.

PGDM degree is not valid for UGC NET exam.

PGDM HR is not equivalent to any post graduation or masters degree. Hence, you can't apply for Ph.D or NET with this qualification. It will be better to complete post graduation first.

Only PGDM from autonomous institutes like IIM is considered fit for Ph.D or NET because they are not affiliated to any university and conduct their own exams.

Since you have not completed your Post Graduation course, you are not eligible to appear in the NET examination as well as to opt for Ph.D course.
Below I have mentioned the eligibility criteria to opt for Ph.D course, have a look over it.

Eligibility criteria to do Ph.D:-

Candidates must have completed their Master's degree course from a recognised University.
Candidates must have scored at least 55% of marks in Master's degree.
Candidates must have a valid NET scorecard.

Hi! I am doing pgdm from fostiima business school which is Aicte approved. I want to do my lecturership after completing pgdm. Can i elligible for that?
