I am aged 57 and have passed M.com. with 45% marks. For acquiring phd, my synopsis on functioning of rrbs in bihar was approved by Patna University around 20 years back. Can I submit my thesis now? What should I do for the same?

For every research programme you need to complete in 5 years maximum. There is no chance to submit your thesis which is 20 years old. Now you need to take fresh admission to complete your research programme.

Now for admission you need 55% marks in post graduation which is the minimum criteria for Ph.D admission. For reserved category there is 5% relaxation.
