I have completed MSW from NSOU in social work in Bengali medium. I want to PhD and want to know what is preparation books for bengali for NET Exam. Which will be nearest university from Raniganj? Please guide me.

Yes, definitely you can apply for Ph.D course after the completion Masters in Social Work, there is no problem in it.
Candidates those who have completed their Masters degree in Social Work from a recognized University with a minimum of 55% of marks in it are eligible to opt for the Ph.D course in Bengali language.
