Yes, you are eligible to apply for NET examination as you have completed your Post Graduation from NSOU.

The educational qualification required to apply for this NET exam is : master degree or post graduation with 55% of marks from UGC recognised college and 50% of marks for OBC, SC, ST, PWD candidates. Final year master degree pursuing students are also eligible to apply for this exam. Maximum age limit to apply for Junior Research Fellowship(JRF) is 28 years and 5 years age relaxation for reserved category candidates. And there is no maximum age limit for Lectureship.
