Yes, you can pursue a Ph.D. in mathematics after completing an M.Sc. in mathematics from an autonomous college.
The requirements for admission to a Ph.D. program vary between universities and countries, but in general, having a master's degree in mathematics is a common prerequisite for pursuing a Ph.D. in the field.

To pursue a Ph.D., you typically need to find a university or research institution that offers a Ph.D. program in mathematics and has faculty members who specialize in your area of interest. You will need to meet their specific admission criteria, which may include academic qualifications, such as a minimum GPA, recommendation letters, a statement of purpose, and possibly standardized test scores like the GRE (Graduate Record Examination) or subject-specific tests like the GRE Mathematics Subject Test.

Yes, you can do PhD in mathematics after completing MSc in mathematics from an autonomous college. However, there are a few things you need to keep in mind.

First, you will need to meet the admission requirements of the PhD program you want to apply to. These requirements may vary from program to program, but they typically include a strong GPA, GRE scores, and letters of recommendation.

Second, you will need to have a strong research background. This means that you should have experience conducting research in mathematics, either through coursework or through independent research projects.

Third, you will need to be able to demonstrate your passion for mathematics. This means that you should be able to articulate your reasons for wanting to pursue a PhD in mathematics and why you are excited about the research opportunities that a PhD program will offer.

Here are some of the things you can do to prepare for a PhD in mathematics:

* Take as many advanced mathematics courses as possible during your undergraduate studies.
* Get involved in research, either through coursework or through independent research projects.
