Hello,
I have completed M.Sc in Organic Chemistry about 18 years ago.
After that I got job in Pharmaceutical Industries.
Now I want to do PhD in Organic Chemistry.
Kindly tell me if I do in correspondence or not.

Yes you can apply for Ph.D in organic chemistry if you have got M.Sc qualification with at least 55% marks from a recognized University. For reserved category 50% marks in the requirement for admission.

If you have NET/SLET/JRF/GATE qualification then you can apply for admission without appearing for any entrance exam. You can also apply directly if you have got at least 5 years of professional experience in the given field.

You have completed M.Sc degree in Organic Chemistry so you are eligible for Ph.D course in Organic Chemistry.

Eligibility criteria for Ph.D course:-

1)Those candidates who have completed post graduation degree from a recognized university with above 55% marks are eligible for Ph.D course.

2)There is no age criteria for Ph.D course.

Note:- UGC NET/CSIR NET/GATE score is essential for Ph.D course.
