I am completed NET JRF(commerce)-2011.I received JRF Letter from UGC.I Like to study my phd in VIT(Vellore Institute of Technology).If I study under VIT,Will I get fellowship from UGC?

You have completed UGC NET JRF in commerce in 2011 so you are eligible to get admission in Ph.D course in VIT. Yes, You will get UGC fellowship because you have already qualify in UGC NET JRF. VIT is recognized by UGC.
