Hello Sir/Mam, I am Sneha Pallavi and I am pursuing Pharmd 6th year(final year).
1)I wanted to know whether Pharmd graduates are eligible to write PhD in pharmacy entrances .
2)Can I know the syllabus and pattern of exam for NIPER,BITS,Manipal entrances for PhD in pharmacology.
3)I also want to know the eligibility criteria for admission.(I have 76% aggregate and our course is a doctorate and masters degree according to gazette of India)

No, you need M.Pharma post graduation to become eligible for Ph.D in pharmacy admission. Pharm.D is not a PG qualification and it will not make you eligible for research programme in pharmacy field.

Hence, make sure you have required PG qualification before applying for Ph.D admission in pharmacy field.

Sir I am bhargav studying pharma.d 6th year. This is a 6 years and P.G course am I eligible for doing PhD in NIPER and has to write gpat exam for NIPER exam qualification. Please inform me sir .

No, D.Pharma students are not eligible for Ph.D course in Pharmacy.

Those candidates who have completed masters degree with above 55% marks from a recognized university are eligible for Ph.D entrance exam. For SC/ST candidate its 50% and above in masters degree.

Yes you can do Ph.D after pharm.D programme. And the people who don't know the difference between D.pharm and Pham.D then first you all clearify this and then answer here. Pharm.D is h post graduate course, and after every PG course you are eligible for Ph.D. thankyou.
