Possibility to do Ph.D from a government university if passed M.Tech ECE and got 8.85% (326 marks) without GATE?


Hello sir, I have completed M.Tech ECE from a government college and g0t 8.85% (326 marks) but can't qualify GATE. Am I eligible to do Ph.D from government universities?

I am sorry to say that you cannot pursue Ph.D after the completion of your M.Tech course without qualifying in the GATE examination.
Candidates those who qualified in the GATE examination after the completion of M.Tech course from a recognised University can opt for the Ph.D course from a recognised University.
