Admission for Ph.D is mostly on the basis of performance in the written exam and interview conducted by the concerned institute. You need to apply for admission, when there is a notification by the institute.

Admission at IIPM will not be a problem, because it is a private institution with high fee structure. You just need to apply for admission and be prepared for the entrance exam.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
