I have passed 7th semester of B.Tech in Metallurgical engineering course but I am planning to do research. Please tell me what should I do for it? Best institution for research in my domain?

In order to enroll for research work, you are required to follow certain procedure after successful completion of B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering. The basic educational qualification required to pursue Doctoral Program is "Master's Degree" or Post Graduation in concerned stream with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university.

Besides this, you are required to appear in any one of the PhD entrance Examination. Some of the PhD Entrance Examination's include CSIR NET, UGC NET, GATE, DBT..etc.,So make sure you have valid score of any one of the earlier mentioned examination's to be eligible.
