I am an M.Sc IT degree holder and now planing to do PhD from IIITs. Please send me selection procedure in IIITs? Which topic I should choose for PhD?

It is very good that you have decided to pursue Ph.D after the completion of your M.Sc in IT.
To do Ph.D in IT, you must have to gain a Masters degree in the relevant field from a recognized University. After that you must qualify in the UGC NET examination or GATE examination to pursue Ph.D course.
The eligibility criteria required to appear in the above mentioned examinations is that a candidate must have completed Master's Degree course from a recognized University with a minimum of 55% of marks.
After qualifying in the examination, you can take admission to study Ph.D in IIITs.
Admission is based on the merit marks scored in the entrance examination.
You can opt any of the topic related to your field.
