Selection procedure for PhD(Social Sciences) program in NIT-Delhi?


I have done my Master’s Degree in Social Sciences and wish to do PhD in the same domain. I want to do PhD in NIT-Delhi. Can anyone of you please tell me the selection procedure in PhD program in NIT-Delhi?

The eligibility to do PhD in Social Science is that the candidates should have a Master’s Degree in appropriate branch of Science/Humanities/Social Sciences/Management or equivalent with a first class or equivalent Grade Point. The candidate must also have a valid GATE score or NET certificate. All the eligible candidates shall be required to appear in an Entrance Test in the same discipline. Those who have qualified the entrance test shall be called for the interview. The aspirant can apply online for the admission. The website link is Official Website
