For IISC admission in PhD course, you have to appear for an entrance test conducted by IISC.

Eligibility:

*Candidate must have a Masters degree or its equivalent in Science/Maths/Statistics/Computer Application/Pharmacy/Humanities/Agriculture.
*Candidate must have a MAster's Degree or equivalent in Engineering or technology/Architecture.
*A Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent in Engineeringoor Technology/ Medicine/ Biotechnology/ Pharmacy/ Architecture/Veterinary Science.
*A Bachelor’s degree in Physics/ Chemistry/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science /Electronics which is then followed by qualifications which is obtained through examinations that is conducted by professional societies which are recognised by the UPSC or AICTE as being equivalent for Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
*Candidates with an MBA degree or equivalent after Bachelor's degree in engineering or technology, for admission to MAnagement studies only.

The current FEE per anum for general category students is 13300/-

The entrance test for integrated PhD will be conducted on 24th April 2011 between 2PM and 5PM

The last date for submission for online application form is 18th MArch 2011.
The last date for submission of offline application form is 21st March 2011.

so the syllabus is the related questions of these subjects.
