B.Ed is mostly preferred as pursuing B.Ed course is all about teaching and as to how can one mould itself to become a good teacher, whereas on the other hand M.Phil is not a teaching course or neither is it something nearby it, therefore, if you want to become a teacher in future, then doing B.Ed is most preferred to you.

For school teacher job B.Ed is mandatory these days. Hence, if you want a school teacher job then you have to complete B.Ed from a recognized university for getting the job.

For lecturer posts you don't need B.Ed and you can get job after completing post graduation. If you qualify NET/SET after post graduation then you have good chance of government lecturer job.
