What to do, if I am enrolled as a Ph.D scholar in different university under different guide?


Sir, I have qualified for SRF in Eng 43 this year (2017). At the time of application i was attached with a different institute and guide from where I have completed my M.Tech. Now, I am enrolled as a PhD scholar in a different university under different guide. I will get my award letter on 2nd week of March 2017 and I have to join within 6 months. I am totally clueless about what to do and whom to approach. Please reply.
