First of all you must have a Master's degree in Home Science or its related subject with at least 55% marks to become eligible for admission in Ph.D program. For a reserved category candidate there is relaxation of 5% marks. You can apply for exams like NET/SLET/JRF to become eligible for Ph.D admission without any other exam.

These scores are widely accepted by most of the Universities for admission in Ph.D program. If you don't have these scores then you have to appear for other entrance exams which are mainly conducted by the University. Hence, you can be prepared for the entrance exam if you want to get admission in a top University.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
