A person of your experience just needs to get a guide who is willing to guide you for the course of PhD as a Part time candidate.
At present guides do not want to take Part time candidates as it takes a lot of time to complete the research work.
Since you have so much of experience you just need to get a guide who is willing to guide you and he will help you regarding the University where you need to get yourself registered for the course of PhD.
This is what you need to be able to pursue the course of PhD on a Part time basis.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
