Yes, definitely M.Sc Computer Science pass candidates can definitely apply for UGC NET. Just make sure that you have got at least 55% marks in your Master's Degree from a recognized University. 5% relaxation in marks is given to candidates who belong to reserved category.

You have to appear for UGC NET. Don't apply for CSIR NET because Computer Science subjects is available only in UGC NET. Hence, be prepared for UGC NET if you want to become a lecturer in a government college.

Just opt for Computer Science as your subject and study thoroughly because questions will be related to computer science field.
