sir,
Please tell me whether Iam eligible for a.p.genco AE exam as I completed b.tech. And also tell me whether they will select me if I got in written test because there is backlog .I have no experience .My stream is MECHANICAL.

If you have cleared that backlog and have degree in hand then surely you will be eligible for the exam. There is no problem with backlogs if it is cleared.

Selection will be based on performance in exam and your degree is just a qualification to become eligible for this exam. Hence, just be prepared for the exam.
