Am I eligible for Ph.D after completing graduation and post graduation through correspondence?


my name is gaurav, I have completed my graduation & post graduation from ccs univ. meerut via correspondence. Am I eligible for doing ph.d or not..........?

Yes, you are very much eligible for Ph.D course after having completed your PG course via correspondence only if you comply with the following below mentioned criteria;

1. You need to have a PG qualification with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized University.

2. You will have to clear NET/SLET/JRF/GATE exam.

Yes, you are eligible for Ph.D course after completion of your post graduation course.

The educational qualification required for Ph.D course is masters degree from a recognized university with above 55% marks. 5% relaxation is given for SC/ST category candidates. Final year student are also eligible for Ph.D exam.

Your age should be below 28 years.
