Yes, there is M.Phil. program in Ignou. This program is of 2 years. This program is in fact far better than corresponding PhD. PhD. in Management will take 7-8 years with the same job prospects as M.Phil in management. You must have 55% in your master degree in the same subject domain that is management to get a chance in the M.Phil admission test. The admission test is called ENTEX 01 and it is based on objective type questions from management. If you clear that entrance examination you will be enrolled in the M.Phil. program.
