Yes, you are eligible to get admission in M.Tech Aeronautical Engineering course even if you have less than 60% aggregate marks in your B.Tech course. Candidates who have passed Bachelor's degree course from a recognised university and those who have appeared and qualified the entrance examination are eligible to get admission for pursuing M.Tech Aeronautical Engineering course.

Master of Technology in Aeronautical Engineering is a two year postgraduate Mechanical Engineering course.
The duration of this course is two years. For this course candidate must have passed B.Tech from a recognized university with a minimum of 60%. As per my knowledge, you are not eligible to get admission in M.Tech aeronautical engineering after less than 60% in B.Tech. My suggestion to you is that you can apply for admission in private college which accept your score. |

GATE stands for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering. If you have completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or Architecture/Design or its equivalent or masters degree in science department then you are eligible for GATE exam. |
