Yes, you are eligible to get admission in M.Tech Aeronautical Engineering course even if you have less than 60% aggregate marks in your B.Tech course. Candidates who have passed Bachelor's degree course from a recognised university and those who have appeared and qualified the entrance examination are eligible to get admission for pursuing M.Tech Aeronautical Engineering course.

Master of Technology in Aeronautical Engineering is a two year postgraduate Mechanical Engineering course.

The duration of this course is two years.

For this course candidate must have passed B.Tech from a recognized university with a minimum of 60%.

As per my knowledge, you are not eligible to get admission in M.Tech aeronautical engineering after less than 60% in B.Tech.

My suggestion to you is that you can apply for admission in private college which accept your score.

You are doing B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering so you are eligible for M.Tech course in Aeronautical Engineering but you should qualify in GATE exam.

GATE stands for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering.

If you have completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or Architecture/Design or its equivalent or masters degree in science department then you are eligible for GATE exam.
