After this can I get direct admission in M.Phil course?

Yes, you can apply for admission if you have got at least 55% marks in your M.A degree from a recognized University. There is relaxation of 5% marks for candidates who belong to reserved category. Some universities give admission on the basis of your marks in the master's degree, therefore, you can apply when the notification is released by the individual university in India.

There are some universities who offer integrated M.Phil-Ph.D program also and you can also for it, if you have aim of completing Ph.D in the given field. Most of the universities release admission notification every year once and you have to apply for it on a prescribed format according to the notification.
