What is the eligibility criteria for the JNU MA Economics Entrance Examination? Can a student who does not had Maths in 10+2 but is doing BA Economics (Hons) and is studying Maths in Graduation is eligible to undertake MA Economics Course At Jawahar Lal Nehru University?

The eligibility for MA economics entrance examination :
1. All the candidates must pass BA or equivalent course from a recognised university.
2. Candidates must have atleast 50% marks in graduation.
3. There is no age limit applicable for MA

The center for the entrance exam will kendriya vidyalaya schools in New delhi area.

You have completed B.A in Pass (Economics), so you are not eligible for M.A in Economics.

Eligibility criteria for M.A in Economics:-

1)Those candidates who have completed BA in Economics from a recognized university with above 50% marks are eligible for M.A in Economics course.

2)Your age should be above 18 years.

Here are eligibility details to take JNU MA Economics entrance exam.

ELIGIBILITY :

* The candidate should need to have bachelor's degree in Economics(Honours) with Mathematics as subsidiary subject or Mathematics(Honours) with Economics as subsidiary subject.

* The candidate who have completed Statistics(Honours) with Mathematics and Economics as subsidiary subjects are also eligible to apply.

* The candidate should secure at least 50% marks in the qualifying exam.

As you are doing graduation in Economics with mathematics as subsidiary subject, you are eligible to apply for JNU MA entrance exam.
