The eligibility to study the MCA in correspondence mode is a pass in any Bachelor’s Degree of 3 years duration from a recognised university and should have studied Mathematics as one of the subjects in 10+2. The duration of the course is 3 years.
The course fee in IGNOU is Rs. 54,000 and the course fee in Annamalai University is 1st year – 13,900, 2nd year – 13,700 and 3rd year – 14,700.
The course is available in many universities in correspondence mode like
IGNOU - Official Website
Annamalai University - Official Website
University of Mysore - Official Website

My advice would be to choose a program from the best institute in India. You can opt for Manipal University Jaipur, it provides an online degree that is A accredited by the NAAC.
