Yes, of course you are eligible for M.Sc Astrophysics after completing B.Sc Physics.

Bachelor degree holders in science are eligible to apply for the B.Sc Astrophysics course. The candidate should possess a minimum of 50% marks at Graduation level. The applicant must qualify in the selection process of the University to get admission. Most of the Universities offer admission to this M.Sc Astrophysics course through entrance tests.
