I am a Graduate in Commerce and having 5 year experience in Banking.
Now I wish to continue my further Post Graduation studies.
So what should I do to shine up my career.

Nice to hear that you are interested to do Master Degree. Being a 5 years Bank employee it is always an added advantage for you to pursue for Master degree. Since, you have completed B.Com at Graduation level so, I suggest you to apply for Master degree in the Commerce or Management Specialization . After completing Master degree, you may have a chance to get promoted in your present company based your qualification.

Since, you are working in a Banking Sectors so you can do Master degree through Distance or Correspondence mode. There are so many colleges which offer Master Degree courses through distance mode.
