Hello,
I am M.Tech pursuing with Digital Communication,
which program I can do during M.Tech or what is beneficial
Internship or Industrial Training?
Please reply as soon as possible.

Industrial training is for 1 week or 2 weeks, but the internship is for 1 month or 2 months.
In industrial training you visualize everything which you studied theoretically in your subjects, whereas in an internship, you will do everything practically which you studied theoretically.
An internship, you will gain more knowledge and exposure than industrial training and you can add the details to your resume and apply for companies. It will worth your resume too.
So it is better to do Internship rather than industrial training for you.
