Both the degrees are different and cannot be compared and are NOT equivalent as well.

MSc, stands for Master in Science, is a master degree i.e. a Post graduation

BE, stands for Bachelor in Engineering, is a bachelor degree i.e. Graduation.

Both have the basic difference and cannot be compared.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
