What is the procedure to become an advocate after law graduation from BHU?


I am law graduate from BHU in 1986 now I want become an advocate. What procedures and fee is there to pay? Please give advice.

You need to register with the BCI i.e. the Bar Council of India.

There is a member's registration and you can apply for it online. They will gie you the license to practice after the registration.

You can pay the required amount of fee and register yourself to get the license.
