hi have done my graduation from BSc, n nw I want to do MBA from symbiosis college but it is provide only PGDBA......it is valuable????pls guide me m so confused

The Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) is a two years (four semesters) distance learning course. The value for the distance learning MBAs are also not so good in the market. If you are working and if you want to pursue the PGDBA then it is fine. The scope for the MBAs from any reputed institution is high compared to the PGDBA course. There are many candidates who have studied MBA in regular mode also searching for job in the market. The value for the PGDBA through distance learning is less compared to the regular MBA. If possible try to study MBA in regular mode or distance mode than a PGDBA course.
