hi ...request to help me in finding universities where admission given with out exams for post graduation md-general medicine or ms-orthopaedics,especially in english speaking countries lik uk, us, canada, australia.

I am sorry to say that there are no Universities in the above mentioned countries where you can get admission to study Masters degree course without qualifying in the entrance examination. You must have a valid score card of the entrance examination in order to get admission in the respective Colleges.
Candidates those who have completed their Bachelors degree in the relevant field from a recognized University are eligible to apply for the Masters degree course in the same and can apply for the entrance examination.

After mbbs in russian university what is the next process of getting P.G course. Is it compulsory to clear mci screening test
