Recently i am studing in pec chandigarh should i do mtech from iits and then phd from us or should i do ms from us please tell me in detail all about and also tell me the procedure for admission in us? Can someone please provide me the information on this?

It all depends upon you that in which of the above mentioned field you want to proceed further to continue your studies. You can opt any one of them as both of the courses are valuable for the future. Pursuing M.Tech will be a wise decision to take and after that you can pursue your Ph.D course also.
To take admission in US Universities, you have to apply in the different Universities and before that you have to qualify in the Entrance examination in order to be eligible to opt for the course.
