Whether an Arts candidate is eligible to apply for M.Phil? Minimum qualification and fee for M.Phil? Which 2 documents are necessary to be attached with application form?

What is the minimum qualification of m.phil.? What is the fees of the m.phil.? Is the applicant are art side thus she/he can fill the form of m.phil.? In the case are applicant can selected which-2 documents are attached in the form? |
