How can I join Indian navy?I complete B.E.in Mechanical Engineering from Dr.J.J.Magdum college of engineering,Jaysingpur,
Maharashtra.

after completion of your B.E , you can join navy through different entrance exams

~~ you can apply for the CDS EXAM

CDS- COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICE EXAM

this exam will conductby UPSC twice in every year

upsc - union public service commission

->. for navy , your age must be between 19-22 years only for this exam



~~ you can apply for the TES EXAM

TES - TECHNICAL ENTRY SCHEME


~~ you can apply for the post of TECHNICAL GENERAL SERVICE SUBMARINE CADRE EXECUTIVE

->> for this post, your age should be between 20-25 years only

Yes Off course , you're eligible to be admitted in Indian Navy Wing After Completing you're B.E Engineering course .

If you're interested to get Job Indian Navy Wing then you have to appear in CDS Entrance Examination which is Organized by Union Public Service Commission for every twice in a year .

To appear in this Entrance Examination the candidate should ensure that he should be satisfy the following criteria like,

Those possessing B.E / B.Tech or B.Sc with Physics / Mathematics are make the candidate eligible to apply for this Entrance Examination .

No Commerce stream candidates are eligible to sit this Entrance Examination . You have Complete you're graduation in Engineering stream , so you're definitely eligible for this Entrance Examination .

Final year appearing candidate of above graduation course may also eligible to appear in this Entrance Examination .

No Minimum Marks required for this Entrance Examination .

The Age of the candidate should be Crossed 19 years and Should not above 22 years at the time appearing in the Examination .

Only Unmarried Single who satisfy the Educational / Age Criteria and Physical Fitness are applicable for this Erance Examination .

Interested candidate with meeting suitable qualification may eligible to appear in this Entrance Examination .

Yes you can apply for the India Navy after completing B.E in Mechanical Engineering.

so you need to apply for the CDS exam to join Indian Navy.

CDS stands for Combined Defense Service.

This exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission twice in a year.

Eligibility Criteria:

Nationality:

Candidate should be citizen of India.

Educational Qualification:

Final year pursuing candidates are eligible for this exam.

Age Limit:

19 to 22 years.

Yes you can join Indian Navy after your B.tech study.There are two ways to join Defense accademy.
UPSC every year conducts NDA and CDS examination for joining Defense Accademy.
The examination is conducted two times in one year.

But for NDA your age is overed .
So you can now apply for CDS examination only.

National Defense Accademy has three wings :
IMA/OTA
IAF
INA.


Eligibility for CDS examination :

Graduation Degree in any stream from a recognized university in any stream

age :
21 years to 30 years.

You have to apply for the UPSC CDS Exams

Eligibilty for the CDS Exams is:

Education:
Indian Military Academy (IMA) - Graduation Pass in any Stream
Officers Training Academy (OTA) - Graduation Pass in any Stream
Indian Airforce- Graduation Pass with Physics and Mathematics as subjects in class 12th or BE/BTECH
Indian Navy - BE/BTECH


AGE LIMITS-
IMA- Between 19- 24 years
OTA Between 19- 25 years
NAVY - Between 19- 22 years
AIR FORCE - Between 19- 23 years

Only MALE candidates can apply all the wings
FEMALE candidates are allowed to apply for the OTA wing only

~~ After completion of your B.tech , you can write CDS EXAM to join NAVY

After B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, you can join Indian navy by cracking CDS entrance exam.

CDS - Combined Defence Service, the entrance exam for which is conducted by UPSC twice every year as CDS-I and CDS-II to join Indian Military Academy, Naval Academy, Air Force Academy and Officer's Training Academy.

The eligible candidate aspiring to join Indian navy of CDS, must be an unmarried Indian Male having either appear for the final Graduation Degree exam or pass with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or B.Tech. Graduate from a recognised University within the age of 19 to 22 years with good Physical and Mental Fitness.

The selection is through written Exam followed by Personal Interview along withy Physical Fitness and Medical Test.

Its good to see that you are desirous to join the Indian Navy after completion of bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.

In order to do so ,you will have to crack the Combined defense services entrance examination conducted by the UPSC for the different academies like :

As you are interested in joining Navy ,here I am discussing the eligibility for the INA:

>>B.E /B.Tech or B.sc with physics or mathematics holder candidates are eligible to apply for the CDS exam for the INA .If you are in final year then also you can apply for the exam.

Being a mechanical engineer ,you are surely eligible for the exam.

>>the age limit for the INA is 19-22 years.

Both unmarried male and female candidates are allowed to apply for the exam.
