Yes, you can get a job in PSU even if you have 67% in your B.Tech course. This is because the PSUs take admission on the various of entrance exams and interviews and to be eligible for the entrance exams, your percentage is enough. GATE is an important exam through which many PSUs recruit engineering graduates.
