I'm a part of Kotak life insurance. But for some reason, I would like to continue my agency with LIC. What I should do to change my agency?

There is no such procedure to transfer policy of an private insurance company to LIC or vice-versa.
You need to take another LIC policy, if you want to get such policy.

Can the wife of a recruiting manager of Kotak life be an agent under him ?
