I hav got a job as consultant in one company and as associate software engineer in anothr..which will b a better option if i want to do MS later

This purely depends on the interest and comfort level as well as your future desired field of professional life. Consultancy and Software Engineering are different fields, hence analyze your strength and then take a decision. Since you are aiming at MS, so if you are interested in technical side, then you should go for Associate Software Engineer post. On the other hand, if you do not want to go into depth of technical aspect, then consultancy is an ideal option for you.
