Qualifying Exam
Those candidates who wish to become CRM Consultants need to pass the qualifying test conducted by the organization they wish to join. The examination mainly tests the candidates knowledge in the respective filed, his knowledge about CRM software etc.
Who is eligible to apply?
The candidates with graduation in science especially computer science, management or marketing are eligible to apply for the post. They should have good knowledge in computer and knowledge of CRM software is a must. Those with experience for at least one year as CRM consultant are given preference. Those candidates with advanced degree are paid high compared to graduates and fresher’s.

The CRM consultant needs a pleasing personality with good oral and written communication skills. They need good understanding about the products and services offered by the company along with company goals and objectives. They need to identify the need of the customer and act according to their requirements. They need to be skilled in using CRM software. They should identify the right CRM solution for the company. They need to cope up with tough situations and adjust to the organizational work flow and change which maximizes the productivity and profit of the company. A CRM consultant should also possess presentation skills and organizational skills.
