I have done diploma in regular now I'm working in private, but I want to continue further education. So can I do distance education in B.Tech its valuable in MNC company.

If the course and university are approved by AICTE / UGC then it is valid for MNCs. There are some MNCs insists on regular full time education for selecting the candidates. It is not possible to get a job in those MNCs after completion of graduation in distance mode. MNCs usually select candidates through aptitude test, technical interview and HR interview. Most of the companies like TCS, Infosys, CTS, Wipro, Accenture, etc. prefers only regular full time graduates. As engineering is a technical degree it is always advisable to study the course in regular mode.

Most of the MNCs, usually don't consider distance mode B.Tech degrees or any degree. One must have a regular degree, if aim is to make a decent career in private sector.

Also, distance mode B.Tech degree is not approved by AICTE, which surely makes the qualification not suitable for technical jobs.
