The common eligibility criteria for MNC companies like Accenture and others are as follows,

-> 60% above through out studies 10th, 12th and UG/PG.

-> Good technical and communication skills.

-> No current backlogs.

Since you don't have above 60% in 12th and UG I am afraid that you won't be eligible for the freshers job but don't get discouraged. The best option for you now is to find out jobs in small and startup companies where they will have the eligibility criteria checking only the skills which you have and not your marks.

Once you gain experience for around 2-3 years then you can start applying for other big MNC companies where they will be ready to take in for your experience and for your previous achievements but not based on the marks.

CLICK HERE!! to know about the present openings for MCA freshers jobs and start applying for the same. If you find it really difficult to find then you can also opt for lecturer job in colleges but only if you are interested in teaching career if not you need to be patient and apply for the jobs till you get a good one.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
