I am studying 12th and what i do next
to become a software engineer in hcl????

BECOMING SOFTWARE ENGINEERING IN HCL AFTER 12th:

Good that you have started thinking about getting a job in HCL while doing your 12th. The best way to get a job in HCL is to complete your 12th grade with good marks then join in one of the reputed Engineering colleges to do CSE (Computer Science Engineering) and learn the subjects well from the start and prepare for the HCL selection rounds from third year which will be as below,

-> Written Aptitude Test.

-> Technical Interview.

-> HR Interview.

Once you get into 3rd year of your college you would have a better idea on the above selection rounds. Just make sure that you work hard from the start so that you will be with the job at end of final year in college!

After completion of your 12th standard, you should go for B.Tech or BE degree to get HCL job. If once you have completed B.Tech or BE degree then you can apply for HCL recruitment but you should follow below given criteria first.

HCL is the reputed international company.

Required percentage of marks throughout the studies for HCL is,

HCL= 65%

You should not have any pending backlogs.

Candidates having more than two years gap in throughout the studies are not eligible for HCL recruitment.

Pattern for written test:-

1. Quantitative /analytical reasoning
2. Verbal ability
3. Technical section
